Cheon Il Guk Exercise

These exercises, when looked from the viewpoint of the Principle , are based on the Principle of Give and Take action. During his prison sentence in Heung Nam Prison, True Father disciplined himself with these exercises in order to maintain his health even amidst hardships of prison life. Father said that when doing these exercises to not draw shallow breaths into your lungs, but to take in deep breaths, thereby drawing strength from your abdomen.

Not only did Father draw on these exercises to maintain his life in Heung Nam, but to this day, Father himself continues the discipline of taking care of his physical body through these exercises, and emphasized that all Blessed Families should learn these exercises to help maintain physical well-being.

In the beginning, these exercises won’t be easy to complete perfectly. Father made these exercises based on the Principle of Give and Take Action, therefore, through practice and investment in uniting our mind and body, we surely can come closer to Heaven in our daily life and activities.

These exercises should be done in the morning, and they take around fifteen minutes.

Note on counting for exercises:

When performing each of these exercises, count in Korean up to eight two times in the following manner.

Hana, dul, set, net, ta-sot, yo-sot, il-gop, yo-dol
Dul, dul, set, net, ta-sot, yo-sot, il-gop, yo-dol

Eye Exercises

When we rise in the morning, the very first thing we do is open our eyes. Thus, eyes represent the start of life. Doing these eye massage exercises can greatly benefit the health and strength of your eyes and also prevent premature weakening of eyesight. Also in doing these eye exercises, you are determining to spend today in a way pleasing to Heaven with a renewed mind and body.

1. Placing your middle fingers of both hands on your tear-ducts of both eyes, and your index fingers at the other side of your eyes, press lightly to the count.

2. Close your eyes and using the two same fingers on both your hands, press lightly against your eyeballs.

3. Lastly, massage your eyeballs by in a circular movement with your four fingers on each hand, first count to eight massaging outwardly, then inwardly on the next count.

Nose Exercise

Our nose provides us with the most important thing to maintain our physiological lifeforce: breathing air.

Unfortunately nowadays, there are many people whose breathing is affected because of nose problems. People who suffer from such conditions should do this exercise diligently.

1. Take in a deep breath and with both index fingers, starting from the top of your nose, press firmly descending with each press down to your nostrils. (count up to eight once)

2. Tightly hold your index fingers against your nostrils and try to force your breath out through your nose. Count to eight and let out your breath.

Mouth Exercises

When rising in the morning, it is important to cultivate a heart to use one’s mouth to speak bright and beautiful words. As we are massaging our mouths each morning as Father did in prison, let us use this time to repent for misusing our mouths in the wrong way.

1. Massage your mouth by placing the blade of your right hand above your lips, and the blade of your left hand below your lips. After one count of eight switch your hands and count to eight again.

2. Using four fingers, massage your checks in a circular fashion, while keeping your mouth closed. After one count of eight, switch direction.

Ear Exercise

Our ears are the meeting point for all the blood vessels in our body. Therefore, massaging the ears provides a great support for the health of not only the blood vessels in your head, but throughout your entire body.

1. Grab both ears with your thumb placed behind your ear and pull them forward, pressing into your ear holes.

2. Holding the top of your ears with both hands, pull your ears down letting your hands trail the shape of your ear down to your ear lobes.

3. Place your thumb at the top of the inside of your ear, and with your index and middle fingers massage your ear by circling forward (the opposite direction from last exercise)

Neck Exercise

The neck provides an extremely important connection for blood passage to the brain. If the neck is stiff, headaches can occur easily. Let’s always make sure our neck is loose and flexible.

1. Lower your head, applying force on your neck muscles.

2. Do the same, this time stretching your neck back.

3. Repeat the same process for right side and then left side.

4. Finally, circle your neck slowly and carefully. Then go to the opposite direction.

Arm Exercise

Upon the principle of give and take action, pushing your arms against each other in this exercise helps your arms maintain their proper place. Because your arms are connected directly to your shoulders, if you exercise your arms diligently you can greatly benefit your shoulders as well as the flow of blood all around your body. During this time in Heung Nam priseon, Father did this exercise to keep his arms in tip top condition.

1. Breathe in deeply and, placing your right hand on the underside of your left arm right under your palm, apply pressure as you hold your breath.

2. Let your breath out and switch your left and right hands. Repeat the exercise.

Finger Exercise

Doing this exercise helps your finger joints become more flexible and improves the flow of blood through right through to your fingertips.

1. Starting with your left hand, use your right hand to pull back your four fingers.

2. Switch hands and repeat.

3. Clasp your fingers on both hands together and then extend them out the full extent of your arm in a circular fashion.

Waist Exercise

If your waist is stiff and blocked, the important passageways in your abdomen and upper chest are also blocked. Doing this exercise helps free up these passageways throughout your entire body.

1. Reach down to touch the floor with your hands, keeping your waist and legs upright.

2. Placing your two hands at the base of your back, stretch your torso back.

3. Holding your hands in the same position, rotate your hips, clockwise, then counterclockwise.

Knee Exercise

Having healthy knees is a great benefit to doing God’s Will, however, if the joints are unhealthy, you can suddenly become very restricted. Loosening up your knee joints through this exercise lets you use the rest of your body with great ease and comfort.

1. Place both hands on your knees and rotate them in opposite directions.

2. Switch directions.

Limb Strengthening Exercise

This exercise helps to release blocked blood flow throughout the body as well as improve the efficiency of the pelvis.

Assume a sitting position. After a deep breath, raise your legs up to your torso and wrap your arms around your knees, locking them in that position through clasping your hands together. Push against your arms with both legs.

Pelvis exercise 1

The pelvis is a very important part of our body. If it develops a problem, this can affect our entire body.

1. In a sitting position draw both legs forward so that the soles of both feet are pressed against each other. Then pull both feet as close to your body as possible.

2. Holding both feet in that position, bend your torso down toward the ground.

Pelvis exercise 2

For most people this exercise can be quite difficult to complete. Nevertheless, doing this exercise consistently, as Father did in his youth, can greatly benefit your pelvis, as well as your body’s overall flexibility.

1. Assume a sitting position.

2. Take in a deep breath, then slowly lift your right foot until it rests behind your head.

3. Perform the same with the other leg.

Toes Exercise

When you get older, the blood flow to the toes, being the farthest point away from the heart, can present a health problem. Massaging your toes with this exercise can maintain good blood flow from the heart to the toes.

1. In a sitting position, place your right foot on top of your left foot. Massage your toes by pulling them down.

2. Repeat, this time pushing your toes upward.

Leg Exercise

This jogging exercise helps keep ones stature and height in later life. We have to diligently exercise our legs so that we won’t suffer when we get older.

1. Standing up, place both hands loosely by your side and jog on the spot lifting both legs slightly skewed away from the body.
2. Keep jogging, this time lifting your legs up and bending your legs towards your body.
3. Perform the first exercise again, this time jogging in a circle instead of staying on the spot.

4. Spell Check & Grammar Check your article before posting.

Get Blog Traffic:
1. Add your blog to search engines, directories, use web submitter too. Create a good description of your blog and also relevant keywords to our movement.
2. Comment on other's people blog & website, post on forums, answer people questions on sites like Yahoo Answers and leave the link to your blog address.

THE POWER OF THE INTERNET FOR LEARNING
Bring the Truth in people's homes through Internet

People lead wrong life and make wrong choices because their understanding of right and wrong is incorrect. Internet and the Overcoming of Human Ignorance
DP states, "the human Fall represents humanity's descent into ignorance." "From the dawn of history until today, human beings have ceaselessly searched for the truth with which to overcome both types of ignorance and attain knowledge." But where is the first place people today go to find information? Internet. The just type in Google and they find everything. 

The study of the Commission found that those who "cannot access the Internet and... harness the global web of knowledge. They do not know how to deal in information... They do not know how to find information, how to handle it... how to invest it for their future... These individuals, already at risk, will become increasingly marginal in the emerging knowledge".

My study, however, found another alarming fact. We didn't make the truth appear in Google. Great and urgent responsibility lies on us; to make the truth available in easy, clear to understand, easy to gradually study from home, way.

My success comes not just because I have few thousands of people reading my articles about True Father every day. The value of my work is, that I have created a vast network of information on any possible issue, leading people to understand practically the value of Rev. Moon's vision and teaching. I provided one enormous resource of information. Once they read something they get so amazed by Father and read more and more. Everywhere I give them numerous of interesting links to all kind of curious information they didn't know. Of course they are amaze. Father's inside on each issue is unbelievable.

EFFECTIVE follow up to new contacts THROGUH INTERNET

This style opened amazing new dimensions of education my contacts and being able to keep in touch and send them new inspiring information and invitations for interesting events. I always had this experience; I would go in a train or bus and get to know amazing people. After sharing with them inspiring info about our vision and beliefs, we could share telephone number or something, but was difficult to follow up with their education.



Later things changed a lot. We published few good books explaining our believes. Specifically I would mention the book, True Love and Forbidden Love. Each time I gave it to people I met, they would read it, get very inspired; read it again and even give it to their friends. The book explains in short and nice way our core believes and vision for peace, the essence of the family problems. 

Yes email existed, and we could communicate a bit after their reading. I could even send them few more articles to read. But things couldn't somehow go beyond that. Time and distance played it's role.

Internet opens a new amazing realm of witnessing we could just dream of

Once I started blogging, things completely changed. Each time I knew some article will be inspiring for some of my new contacts I would just skype them the link. Time to time I would send them a short email describing the latest popular articles. So they had the freedom to read just what interested them. Some wrote they were studying carefully what I send them even with their whole family. 

What I felt is, that blogging opened their minds. It stood as information source that represents our ideas, where they could feel our ideas represent also what they believe about family, love and peace. It created easy way to always share some link and share together our inspiration about these ideas. Even my own brother and his girlfriend started checking all the articles and be amazed by many things. Where is, in the past was so difficult to talk with my brother about such things. 

Like I mentioned in my testimony, suddenly I found people just next street who were reading and following my blogs without ever meeting each other. Suddenly people from different towns of Bulgaria write me that they were so inspired by our views that they want to join. Since I have tens of thousands of readers each month, I wander, how many more people are out there who are so inspired? But than comes the next question: How many more millions I have to reach? Haw many more areas I didn't write about? 

Just in the past few weeks I gave the book to 3 nice families we accidentally met. These are 6 adults and 6 children. These are lots of contacts to make in a week or two. Now follow up is so easy. I sent them links to my article, "Parents with many children are happier" and we had nice discussion on skype. 

Now you can create contacts every day, get their skype address and it is easy to keep educating them no matter the distance. 

Having my own blog allows me to put there any information that I feel will be helpful and inspiring to my personal type of contacts. Often if I send them to other pages they might have to face information not that interesting or understandable to new contacts. 

Sadly many of our websites are often too theological, or even not friendly to outside people. Other Websites of our movement are not easy to search through. Many times it is obvious that the articles are written specifically for members and don't sound relevant to outside guests. But with the time, I feel, that starts changing. More and more our brothers and sisters start feeling the need to write and introduce who we are to the world. 

Internet can let you reach millions with the truth
Just think of it; If you like biology, psychology, history, education, parenting (any area of life)... you can write articles about that, to even influence the trends of thinking in your country. 

Fight The Negativity In The Internet by Yulian Marianov

SAVE THE GLORY OF TRUE PARENTS - FIGHT THE NEGATIVITY 


What did I find with shock today! Take a look at this Google search and see for yourself how many negative blogs about True Father are out there. All are negative accept for the marked ones - which is my blog. I feel a deep pain and that definitely has to change. Blogging is as easy as copy/paste and every one of you can fight back this negativity by posting some positive information. It's easy, and you can learn and do it. My blog (marked with orange on the photo) is the only positive one on first page in Google when you search "Sun Myung Moon blogspot". That means that we just didn't write anything so far from our side. So once the people search in Google to find out something connected to us, what do they find? Negativity! 

In Bulgarian language was the same, but 2 years ago I decided to change that. Now on all key words that I could think of, my blogs take 70-80% of the first pages in Google. That means that on each 2 negative articles on first page in Google I have 8 articles right there in front of the people. So even if they read the negative ones, I know exactly what is written there and I already discredited it in many articles and gave enough information so people can find out for themselves what's the truth. 

Each one of us can contribute to change that. I'm not English speaking but I just showed you how easy it is. I created this blog called, "Moon Sun Myung", just recently. I posted 20-30 articles in it. And already on many key wards connected to us it comes first page in Google. 

These are some of the key words through which people recently visited:

You can see that even by searching about Korean prophecy, or Korean future, or Astrology, the Messiah, the Chosen one etc., people can come and read amazing news about TP. Just think of it - if we cover all the possible key words in connection to positive information and great inside that True Parents are giving us. Don't you think the world will soon start to know and understand True Parents if we do that? Yes, they will.

If we do it in a non-sectarian, positive, easy for them to understand and connect with what they already know; definitely they will understand. If we make it so whatever direction they turn to search something in Internet, to find our views and solutions, written in an inspiring way - than society will surely have no other way but to follow that direction.

So far I'm not promoting my English blog. I'm busy with promoting my 30 Bulgarian blogs, where I have thousands of readers every day. Think of how much more popular in Google it will become if I start promoting it. Learn in 5 lectures how to do it yourself. You don't need to know much about computers, just to have the desire.

Web Witnessing Lecture by Yulian Marianov

I'm sure many members in the world have the desire to start using

the internet for witnessing, but lack the knowledge how. That was my

situation 6 years ago. One brother showed me, but it was too

complicated. Three years later another brother showed me something way

more simple and effective, so I started. In two years I reached over one Million Bulgarians. 

1. I write for the outside people, in short, informative, positive, journalistic way

Note: Most of what we are believing and doing is very inspiring for the

outside people. Problem is that all the information you can find is in

context understandable and attractive only to members. If you separate

only the actual inspiring and informative information and add some

simple attractive topic and introduction, so they are motivated to read

it - than it is very inspiring for all conscientious, moral, mature

readers. (Exactly the audience we want to work with). In a long run the 

articles are designed to educate the reader.

2. I try to connect any possible area are to our views

For example: If I write directly what our believes are, people may not

be inspired, but If I write about some famous person's views and

compare our views. Than people are interested, they like it and they

can understand better in comparison to something they know what we

mean, and what we even correct. 

But this is only one of the many ways to ketch reader's attention.

People also like shocking information. Even the fact that Moon is

prophecies to be the Messiah, is shocking, curious, interesting. But I

even make it inspiring, since I compare those prophecies with actual

deeds and achievements of Rev. Moon that correspond to them. 

Instead of directly posting Buddha's messages from sp.w. saying

bluntly, TF is the Messiah, I put a topic like, "Buddhists Read a

Shocking Message from Beyond (Putting photo of a Buddhist monk staring

amazed at the Laptop): Buddha send a shocking message to his

followers from the sp.w." So people don't avoid this news. They want to

read and find out. So they enter and read the whole original message

and find links to other curious messages. There are also good links to

really informative articles, to find out, who is actually this Moon. So

they follow them and find out some amazing projects for peace he is

making. They go and see some amazing vision about True love, True

families, and how to transform the world through the Four Realms of

Heart and so on. 

But most important wherever they go, they find more and more, short and

interesting information that helps them get the picture. They get also

all the necessary links to be able to reed more and understandable

information on the issue. 

Examples can continue on and on, but that's an issue for a Workshop, to

educate those interested in way's they can use their creativity to

connect the people to the truth; make it attractive to them. 

If people are interested, we they can come and attend such WS in

Bulgaria or invite me to give it in their own country. My aim is to

practically prepare members to get inspired, to understand the

providential meaning, and to be able to do it. In 3 day education I can

make anyone be able to do it.
